Our Commitment: We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.
Our Policies: We operate several internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include:
Due Diligence: We have due diligence processes in place to identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains, mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains, and to protect whistleblowers.
Risk Assessment: We regularly evaluate the nature and extent of our exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in our supply chain. We do not tolerate any form of modern slavery within our supply chains. If we find evidence of a failure to comply with our policies, we will immediately take remedial steps.
Training: To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.
Effectiveness: We use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how effective we have been in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains. This could include audits, supply chain verification, and employee training levels.
Approval: This statement has been approved by the organization's Board of Directors, who will review and update it annually.
